Is the food Halal?
Unfortunately, we are not halal certified. However, we can provide a non-pork/lard alternative for non-pork dishes.
Is the food delivered ready to eat?
We ensure that the food delivered are within 30 minutes of cooking. We have also provided detailed instructions for serving suggestions, reheating instructions and storage tips if applicable.
For sophisticated dishes such as steak and cote de beouf, how will it be a good experience while having it as a takeout?
Our beef(s) are 2 inches thick (except for A5 kagoshima). We have prepared the meat to ensure that the beef is resting during the time when it is being delivered to you, so that you will receive a nice doneness with a juicy steak.
Will the food be soggy upon delivery?
We acknowledge that sometimes, food such as fries, do bear the effects of condensation. As such, we have detailed instructions to reheat these items to relive the served-out-of-the-kitchen experience.

How do I place an order?
What information do you need from me to place an order?
We would require your name, contact number, delivery address, delivery date, requested delivery time, food order and dietary restrictions (if applicable).
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
An electronic invoice will be sent to your contact (phone number or email address) to confirm your order. You will have to make payment upon confirmation. Once successful, the order will be processed, and your order number will be sent to you.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept PayNow, or any major credit cards. A link will be provided in the invoice upon confirmation. We currently do not accept cash on delivery due to hygiene measures.
